CAMPER REGISTRATION >>

The camp experience for your child will remain strongly unique in program design, providing enrichment and nurturing whole-child development. Adding teachers to activity leadership will create a more effective program that retains the vital elements of therapeutic recreation: fun-filled, exposure-based, nurturing activities in a low-stress environment, while strengthening academic/functional content: conceptual learning and intensive practice toward skill advancement, meeting NY State special education standards.
NYS Thruway (I-87) to Exit 18 New Paltz (mile marker 76). Turn LEFT at traffic light after exiting tollbooth onto Route 299 West. At first light, turn RIGHT onto N. Putt Corners Road, go 1 mile. Turn LEFT onto Shivertown Road, go I mile. Turn RIGHT onto Route 32 north, go 4-5 miles. After second bridge, in town of Rosendale, turn LEFT onto Route 213 (Stewarts shop on left), and go 3 miles, pass first Bruceville Road entrance. Enter town of High Falls and take RIGHT onto Bruceville Road (Egg’s Nest Restaurant on right). Camp will be on your right. If you turn at first Bruceville Road entrance, camp will be on the left.

Your child will be supervised as outlined in our program manual by our qualified and caring staff. The level of supervision our students receive is in direct correlation to the level of severity of their behavioral issues and as required by applicable laws and regulations.
Staff biographies can be found here. In addition, we conduct background checks on all employees prior to hiring to ensure that we hire quality individuals and in compliance with all state regulations. At least one staff member who is First Aid and CPR certified will be available to your child at all times. Our staff also receives ongoing training to enhance our quality of care.
We have established best practices and risk management procedures which include emergency preparedness training and response. Should there be an emergency situation, such as a natural disaster, you will be notified by someone within our organization with as much detail as possible, as soon as possible.
